Can they work as a three way or 2-way switching? (control one light from multiple switches)
Yes, the typical setup is one smart switch will power the light, the second switch will act as a remote (with no load connected). Then using automation the two switches can mirror each other state. This way you get the light state synced across both switches.
You can also add as many switches to this setup in order to control one light source from multiple switches.

Rarely do I take the time for a review however I am so please with these switches and their 2 features that seperate them from everything else. First – the ability to have the power ‘always on’ regardless of the switch state. This allows smart bulbs, Philips hue etc to have constant power – this has always been an issue with these ‘smart bulbs’ second is that the switches are not coupled to the outlet so can be used as a switch into HomeKit then control the outlet. This allows a lot of flexibility and control. My next one will be a 4 gang switch that controls 3 lights near the kitchen – the 4th switch will be a shortcut to a scene where it ensures all lights are off for bedtime and puts the passageway on for a minute. Super easy to do with these switches. Will be definitely getting more.

This is the best Matter switch, so far (for Australia). It is an accessible switch (rather than an inline module), e.g. you can reset with a long press. It uses Thread (instead of wi-fi) so can form a permanently powered backbone mesh for other Thread devices. This version also has dip switches accessible behind the face plate (after installation) for a smart light mode (detached relay), so your smart bulb also remains powered and the switch can be configured via your Matter hub to turn to bulb on or off.
